Panel Coating

For the coating of glass and substrates in sheet form

Coat on glass or any other rigid substrate in sheet form: PET, PP, Polyimide, sheet metal (stainless, aluminum) or fiberglass. These coating systems are capable of putting down coatings as thin as 3 microns wet thickness. They can also put down wet layers thicker than would be possible in a roll to roll process and are capable of coating distinct rectangular patches of fluid onto sheet materials. Single, Dual and Triple layer coatings are possible.

These discrete part coaters use the same WebFlightâ„¢ vacuum assisted slot die coating method used on our roll to roll systems.
