The DynaCoat™ system is the result of years of research and development and filling a market need. One flexible machine capable of production quality coating but precise enough for lab and pilot scale runs.
It is a completely self-contained modular coating and drying system that sets the industry standard for process optimization. Its footprint of only 56 ft2 (5.2 m2) makes it ideal for R&D laboratories, limited and short runs and intermittent production schedules.
Coat on glass or any other substrate in sheet form: PET, PP, Polyimide or fiberglass. These coating systems are capable of putting down coatings as thin as 3 microns wet thickness. They can also put down wet layers thicker than would be possible in a roll to roll process and are capable of coating distinct rectangular patches of fluid onto sheet materials. Single, Dual and Triple layer coatings are possible.
These sheet-fed coaters use the same WebFlight™ vacuum assisted slot die coating method used on our roll to roll systems.
